My new book, The Stay Behinds: Sweden’s Cold War Guardians, is finally being released this week in the US and UK, and I have now encountered it in the wild, i.e., the book shop, for the first time. On Tuesday evening, I gave a presentation of the book to a small but interested crowd in Waterstones Gower Street and left a stack of signed copies behind.
